Earlier this week I got to spend some well needed time with one of my dearest friends Charlotte, and like the closet-middle-aged-hippies-we are, we decided to go on a bike ride up the hills. I know 'a bike ride' it sounds really sad, but when you live in an over populated, built up urban area, I think it's important to get away from it all for five minutes. We had no real set plan, no time restrictions and no where else to be. And it felt good to be free of any pressures or expectations and be able to enjoy the sunshine, have a catch up and relax.

   I also decided to vlog the day, since any time spent with Charlotte is always a laugh, it couldn't hurt to document it in video form forever. Although the video took a 'silky montage' (see The Michalaks vlogs) turn in post-production, I'm still pleased with how it turned out considering the fact I've gotten a little rusty at filming and editing in the last few months.
